If you want to uplevel your overall health - including your gut health, energy levels, physique, and mental wellbeing - my health and nutrition program, customized to your individual needs and goals, will help you get there efficiently and sustainably. No drastic changes, no confusion, no overwhelm. Instead, we’ll make a healthy lifestyle work for you, habit by habit.
The 3-month program includes individualized diet and lifestyle protocols, supporting resources, virtual one on one support from me, as well as a variety of educational topics covered over the course of the program.

a 60-minute initial consultation, including current lifestyle and nutrition review, identification of symptoms, and individual goal setting across nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management
6x 30-minute bi-weekly sessions, which include individualized hands-on guidance, specific strategies, and resources to reach your goals
