After clarifying any questions you might have via email, I will send you an introductory email with everything you need to get started, including the booking link for our initial session together. This first session lasts 60 minutes and lays the foundation for achieving your goals. Afterwards, you can book shorter follow-up sessions (à 30 minutes) depending on your needs.
